Cancellation Policy
At JCB I require a 24 hour notice for the cancellation of your appointment. I understand when emergencies arise that require you to reschedule. However, if I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of the amount of your appointment.
“No call/no shows” are not tolerated and you will be required to pay a fee of 100% of the amount of your appointment.
Understand that I work very hard for you, but I’m unable to earn a living when I do not receive a payment.
